1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and k9win ("k9win", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the k9win platform, website, and all associated services, including online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, slots, and any other features offered by k9win.

By registering an account with k9win, accessing the k9win platform, or placing any bet or wager through k9win's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with k9win's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

You must not share your account credentials with any third party. k9win will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

k9win reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its discretion, with or without cause, and to void any bets or transactions associated with an account that is found to have been registered in breach of these Terms.

Verification documents may include a government-issued photo identification document (such as a Malaysian Identity Card or passport) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the k9win platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). k9win does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, which are outside k9win's control.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for e-wallet transactions (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and RM 50 for bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank). Deposits are credited to your k9win wallet promptly upon confirmation by the payment processor. k9win accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment services.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for e-wallet methods and within 15–30 minutes for bank transfers under normal operating conditions. k9win reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. k9win may delay or decline a withdrawal pending completion of responsible gaming checks, fraud screening, or account verification review.

k9win reserves the right to reverse any transaction that is found to have been made fraudulently, in error, or in breach of these Terms. Players must not deposit funds via third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in their own name.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

k9win may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, time limits, and game restrictions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

General bonus conditions applicable to all k9win promotional offers include:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be transferred, assigned, or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• k9win reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice where it has reason to believe the offer is being exploited or abused.

6. Betting Rules

k9win reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that:

• The bet was placed after an event outcome was known (late betting);
• The odds offered were materially incorrect due to a technical error or data feed failure;
• The bet was placed in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, including but not limited to systematic exploitation of pricing errors;
• The integrity of the relevant event is under investigation by a relevant sports governing body.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all products and may vary by event, market, and player account status. k9win reserves the right to apply individual account betting limits at its discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct on or in connection with the k9win platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology to place bets, manipulate outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with third parties to influence game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such issues must be reported to k9win immediately;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the platform for money laundering purposes;
• Providing false personal information at registration or during any verification process;
• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Accessing the platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

k9win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated bets and transactions, and to report the conduct to relevant authorities where legally required.

8. Responsible Gaming

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any k9win content without the prior written consent of k9win.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k9win shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the k9win platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures.

k9win does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. k9win accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability.

k9win's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

11. Privacy and Data

12. Amendments to These Terms
